1. Mission of ANOLD
We propose an Asian Network for Obstructive Lung Disease (ANOLD) that facilitates and coordinates Asian collaboration for the research on obstructive lung disease.
2. Vision of ANOLD
ANOLD will be a centripetal network of researchers connected via Asian collaboration, which encourages an integrative, understanding of obstructive lung disease. The integrative data regarding etiome, genome, clinome, lung function, and image, provided by ANOLD collaboration, would disclose the pathophysiology, pathomorphology, and pathobiology of obstructive lung disease. We believe that ANOLD collaboration is essential to eliminate the suffering from obstructive lung disease and to improve public health.
